We here at Sydney Hills want you to experience everything to do with horses. We want you to live and breathe horses. We encourage our clients to learn all aspects of being around our beautiful horses in a safe and professional manner. Our centre caters to all levels and ages in a knowledgable and friendly environment. Our horse riding lessons are conducted in both group and private settings with experienced and enthusiastic coaches.

About Sydney Hills Horse Riding Centre

We have over 25 years experience in owning and managing successful riding centres. Our focus is on our riders feeling safe and comfortable yet increasing confidence and their abilities. We have beautiful well trained horses and ponies for all levels and ages. We provide a comprehensive learning and riding experience with a number of different lessons and programs available.

Experienced Equestrian Coaches

Experienced, qualified coaches. Our coaches at Sydney Hills Horse Riding Centre are dedicated to creating a perfect riding experience for all of our students. All of our coaches are hand-picked to ensure the highest teaching standards at our riding centre. Our experienced coaches are trained to provide a caring, safe, and knowledgeable foundation for all our students. Sydney Hills also holds classes for students to improve their horse management skills.

Location - Find Our Centre

We are located in the picturesque Sydney Hills area of Dural. Just 35 mins drive from the CBD. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to be accessible by car and bus to the centre of Sydney.

Our Horse Riding Facilities

We have two separate riding areas. A brand new dressage arena and showjumping and games areas. We have individual paddocks with large shelters for our agisted horses and large paddock facilities to keep our ponies relaxed and happy.

Our Beautiful Horses

All our horses are carefully selected for their reliable natures and calm temperaments.

We have many ponies and horses for total beginners and well-educated horses and ponies suited to more advanced riders. Our main goal is to be able to cater to a variety of standards of riders and keep improving their skills.

Private Riding Lessons

Our private riding lessons cater to all ages and riders abilities.

We offer private 1 hour lessons as well as half hour private lessons.

Our lessons are conducted in a controlled, environment in our riding arenas.

We cater for all levels of riders whether you’re a first time beginner rider up to advanced competition level riders

We conduct private lessons in basic riding skills, dressage and jumping.

School Holiday Camps

Our school holiday horse riding camps are held each school holidays where the children learn all horse management skills including feeding, grooming, leading saddling, handling, and of course riding skills.

Please call us or email us for our dates for each holiday period.

We cater for the beginner rider to competitive riders for the camps. Children can bring their own ponies also.

We provide a fun, knowledgeable, environment where children will experience the true meaning of being around horses.

Pony Parties

We offer fun Children’s birthday pony parties in our riding centre located at Dural. We cater from 3 years of age up.

Children get to experience grooming, saddling and riding our cute school ponies.

Children will be shown horse management skills as in grooming and brushing the ponies. They will then be led by experienced handlers and shown how to stop, turn and ask pony to walk on.

We like the children to experience horses in a friendly, positive happy environment.
